這首是重金屬搖滾天團槍與玫瑰的創作抒情搖滾，一開始的電吉他獨奏就給人輕鬆、開心的FU，是描述主唱AXL Rose和女友的交往過程，其中的歌詞「Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place . Where as a child I’d hide」可以看出女友給他的安全感。
原木第1次聽到這首歌，是以前在亞力山大健身房上Body Pump聽到的，記得這首歌是「推胸」的動作，一開始輕快的節奏，讓人推胸也推的輕鬆、愉快，但是到最後電吉他獨奏HI彈的地方，真的會讓人咬牙切齒，連三字經都快脫口而出，因為那一段間奏一共要做16下Bottom-Half、16下Top-Half，外加16下伏地挺身，聽音樂唱的好開心，大家可是做的很辛苦。
其實回想以前上Body Pump的日子，還真令人懷念，以前一星期都會固定上2堂Body Pump及3堂Spinning，超HI的，現在雖然改上Step，還是很HI，原木很喜歡上有氧課的FU，大家一起揮汗淋漓盡致的FU。
